● What can I do to protect these animals ?

You should begin by paying attention to daily gestures : conservation of energy, use of environmentally friendly products, waste recycling... Making people around you aware of these problems and refusing to participate in any sort of animal trafficking (live animals, tortoise shells...) are also essential points.

You can also support fauna and flora protection associations, by either donating your time or financially.

The Ecofaune Association, the zoological association of La Barben, can also accept your donations and transfer them to associations working in the field to protect the wild animal population.
